For digital content and services, if you have explicitly consented to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply once performance has commenced with your consent.

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to date. We will provide you with any deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation before project commencement may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover administrative costs and opportunity costs.

Shroxxenttbroz-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will provide full refund of any payments received, including deposits, and deliver any completed work at no charge.

Revision Policy

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. These revisions are included in your project cost and are designed to refine the design to meet your requirements.

Revisions beyond the package limit will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified in your project agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete client satisfaction. Throughout the design process, we maintain open communication and welcome your feedback. Our iterative approach allows us to adjust designs based on your input.

If you are unsatisfied with the direction of the project, we encourage you to communicate your concerns early so we can address them promptly. However, satisfaction is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with creative work that follows agreed specifications.

In cases of cancellation or non-payment, we reserve the right to use work produced for our own promotional purposes or to offer it to other clients.
